Acceptance

By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use MyTalk.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and treat advisors and staff respectfully. Do not misuse the platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.

Booking Rules

Sessions are confirmed after successful payment. You are responsible for joining on time with a compatible device and connection.

Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes or gateway fees may apply. Currency display depends on your plan and region.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Chargebacks opened in bad faith may result in account suspension.

Cancellation

Cancellations and rescheduling follow our Cancellation Policy, including late-cancel and no-show rules.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Safety Policy.

Intellectual Property

MyTalk branding, site content, and software are owned by MyTalk or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTalk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Support conversations are not medical treatment.

Dispute Resolution

Contact support first. If unresolved, disputes may be handled under the laws and courts of Bengaluru, India, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
