Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, late changes, and no-shows are handled.

Customer Cancellation

Cancel at least 12 hours before the session for a full refund or free reschedule (unless a promotional term states otherwise).

If an advisor cancels, you may rebook with the same or another advisor at no extra cost, or request a full refund.

Cancellations inside 12 hours may incur up to 50% of the session fee.

Missing a session without notice may forfeit the session fee.

You may reschedule once per booking free of charge if done outside the late window and subject to advisor availability.
